The above American Pit Bull Terrier is sold as a PET/SHOW PROSPECT for the total price of $ _________. A cash deposit of $ __________ is here by made and the cash balance is due to Seller before the dog/pup is placed in the Buyer’s possession. Registration papers will also be held until the balance is paid in full. The buyer understands that once the deposit is made, it is a commitment to buy said dog/pup and is therefore, NON-REFUNDABLE. Buyer will forfeit the dog/pup and may be re-sold if not paid in full by specified date being ____________________.

IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES THAT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WILL BE MET AND THAT NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

·        Seller does not guarantee the color of the dogs/pups.

·        Both parties agree that NO DOGS/PUPPIES HAVE BEEN SOLD FOR FIGHTING OR ANY ILLEGAL PURPOSE.

·        The Buyer promises to keep 508 BULLIES on the registration papers of all dogs/pups. Buyer may give the purchased dog/pup a name. EXAMPLE: 508 BULLIES’S – Then the name of the dog/pup.

·        Seller guarantees dog/pup to be current on vaccinations and dewormed. A normal deworming and vaccination schedule should be followed as recommended by your veterinarian.

·        Dogs/Puppies will have current veterinary Health Certificate if shipped by air.

·        At the expense of the Buyer, a licensed veterinarian MUST examine this dog/pup within 24/48 hours of the possession to validate Health Guarantee. After 48 hours, 508 BULLIES will not be responsible for any health issue.

·        508 BULLIES DOES NOT give cash refund for any reason.

·        Buyer agrees to pay any and all veterinarian charges and shipping charges.

·        The registration papers must be return to 508 BULLIES before the pup will be replaced.

DEPOSIT AND TIME FRAME TO PICK UP DOG/PUP

·        A minimum of $500 is required for deposit

·        We do not except deposit until the puppies are born

·        Shipping charges and puppies need to be paid in full with the 6 weeks of age

·        Puppies are already to be pick up or ship out by the 8 weeks of age

·        Shipping cost is $250 plus depending on the distant and weight of the dog/pup

·        If payment is not received in this time frame, you have forfeited the dog/pup. We are not liable if the dog/pup is not longer available and/or have been sold. If you take your purchase seriously, then you won’t have a problem by these conditions, and you must understand if there’s procrastination on your end, you then at fault by delaying us in finding these dog/pup a good home that he/she so much deserves.

·        After the dog/pup is paid in full, if it’s not being shipped, you have two weeks to pick up the dog/pup. If that isn’t possible, then other arrangements should be made, but no longer then a 30 days time span. Anything to exceed 30 days, then you have relinquish ownership rights and the dog/pup will be re-sold.
